Covid 19

Owaisi Hospital and Research centre has been actively responding in providing Covid services to the people consistently since 2020. An exclusive ward and 2 ICUs were created in the hospital for attending Covid-19 positive patients. High Definition CCTV was established for patient monitoring, with two duty doctors and qualified, experienced nursing staff 24/7. The charges for the services were relatively much lesser when compared to other health care centres with a vision to save lives of many people. 24/7 in house NABL accredited RTPCR testing lab is available for conducting covid tests. During both the phases of the lockdown, sample collection booths were set up. For in house patients portable X ray, USG, ECG, ventilators were made available along with regular CT scan. Data related to Covid death cases were regularly updated in the government portal and dead body disposal was made as per the government’s guidelines. Biochemistry, microbiology and pathological investigations were continuously done.

For inpatients of Covid, inhouse pantry was set up and bed side food was supplied. There was no dearth of medicines or oxygen at any point of time in the past 3 years. Our Managing Director continuously interacted with the family members of the patients and updated about their condition.
